The Totteridge House Co-operative hold General Meetings (GM) every quarter and an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every July/August.
There are standard agenda items at each meeting and all members have the opportunity to add a relevant item by contacting the estate office at least one week prior to the meeting date.
Discussions and decisions are minuted at each meeting and we aim to have the draft minutes available on our website within 10 days of the meeting.
Our next GM will be the on 9th August 2023 at 7pm. All meetings are now being held in the community room on the ground floor of the building.
