The Totteridge House Co-operative hold General Meetings (GM) every quarter and an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every July/August.
There are standard agenda items at each meeting and all members have the opportunity to add a relevant item by contacting the estate office at least one week prior to the meeting date.
Discussions and decisions are minuted at each meeting and we aim to have the draft minutes available on our website within 10 days of the meeting.
Our next GM will be the on 8th February 2023 at 7pm. All meetings are currently being held online via the Zoom platform, you will have received the meeting ID on the agenda however, if you would like us to email, text or whatsapp you the link, please contact the office. If you cannot access the meeting online, please contact the office and we will make arrangements with you.
